The MSU480 IR hub facilitates easy control of your A/V system from up to four additional rooms, using your system's or a universal remote. It allows hidden component placement while maintaining easy operation. The MSU480 is the IR system's core, requiring one IR sensor per secondary room to receive remote commands and relay them to the MSU480. It then transmits these signals to an IR flasher near your A/V components. Additional flashers may be needed based on your system's components and placement. To complete the IR extender system, run wire from the IR sensors to the MSU480.
