The ST25R3916B, ST25R3917B, and ST25R3919B (collectively, ST25R39xxB) are high-performance, versatile NFC devices. They support various modes, including NFC initiator, target, reader, and card emulation, as applicable. Engineered to comply with EMVCo PCD L1 3.2a analog and digital standards, these devices are optimized for POS terminal use. They facilitate swift EMVCo certification cycles, even in challenging conditions, such as near noisy LCD displays. The ST25R3916B features an advanced AFE and a highly integrated data framing system for ISO18092 passive and active initiator and target, NFC-A/B reader with higher bit rates, NFC-F and NFC-V reader, and NFC-A/F card emulation. The ST25R3917B and ST25R3919B offer a reduced feature set compared to the ST25R3916B.
