The large display makes it easy to simultaneously view the current, minimum, and maximum temperatures at a quick glance. Min/max monitors high/low readings for any time period. Use the In/Out switch on the back of the unit to view the ambient temperature or the probe temperature. Program alarm in 1° increments; when the temperature is outside the alarm limits, an audible alarm will sound and a visual “LO” or “HI” will flash indicating which alarm was triggered.
