Brand new wedding dress I would say it fits a size Medium between 6-8. It has a beautiful train, buttons down the back. It has a panel on the back I think it could possibly be used to make the dress into a corset on the back of more room is needed.
The waist is about 33

Needs a good steam iron
It's missing the top button on the back. Easy to find or replace with a rhinestone one for a statement.
It has been in storage therefore has a few spots that will need to be cleaned, nothing major by my consideration. There are no stains, no rips, I didn't find any missing sequin.
The last 3 pictures show the spots I mentioned some are very faint. I did my best to inspect the dress but understand I may have missed some.
