This is a lovely vintage evening gown/cocktail dress from David Meister. Features a tulip cut silhouette with a cute ruffle at the hem and a V neckline. The bust is a nude color with a black lace overlay that matches the hem ruffle with a luxurious velvet piping along the seam. This beautiful vintage gem is likely from the '90s based on the paper label which the company stopped using in the late 1990's. It is a size 6. I have included the measurements below for best idea of fit. It is in excellent vintage condition with no known flaws!
