This is a Steiff Teddy Bear called Schwarzbar. He's from the Steiff Historic Miniature Series II, produced from 1992-1995.
This adorable bear is about 6 tall, posable and made of black mohair. He has has beige felt paw pads, embroidered black nose and shoe button black eyes. He has his chest tag, button-in-ear, but no ear tag. He comes with the stand and is in excellent, clean, unplayed with condition. See pictures for details.
