This fake fur material is knitted at a knitter factory in Japan that is the only one left in Japan that has a German-made jacquard Mayer knitting machine.
Generally, fine yarns spun from raw cotton are knitted together, but this time, we used a thick yarn called sliver, which is about 5-6 cm in diameter and is almost in a cotton state, before it becomes yarn.
Because it is knitted in a cotton state, the fabric is raised without any raising or brushing, and the pile length is adjusted in the final process.
