This is a piece with true character. Not certain of the age.
Very detailed. Character printed jacket, ornate frogging at the closure. Braided hair, Metal bracelets, patterned pants. Charms at his feet include a yinyang on silver metal, yen coin (I think), a crystal and unique beads. The newspaper and bottles in his basket are removable.
there is a stick that runs from his head to mid way down his right leg. moving/turning it manipulates his head.
