Vintage Chinese Triangular Shaped Leather Over Wood Wedding Box Cranes Tree
This is a vintage Chinese triangular shaped trinket box featuring cranes and foliage. The box appears to be made of wood and covered in brown leather (Or faux leather?)
It has gold painted accents, and the interior is paper with Chinese writing. There is visible wear on the box, but it would make a great styling piece in a book shelf or to house jewelry or trinkets. The text may be related to Fortune telling or astrology.
***The price tag on the top of the box did remove some of the brown coating but could easily be repaired with some paint.
