Damaged. Please look through the photos, there are scratches/paint damage on her clothes, hair, and the umbrella. In the last photo, many of the umbrella sticks broke off. I superglued them back on, but there is some glue residue. It doesn't show up too well on camera though, so I think it looks a bit worse in person. The box is a bit dented and dirty.
