This is a beautiful silver certificate! It is also known as a horse blanket it is one of my favorite US notes ever made they are just amazing to look at. This one should grade somewhere in the vf-30 range.. Note is in pretty good shape besides two little V's, on the edge one on top one on bottom. Check photos and judge condition for yourself. You would not be disappointed with this note they are absolutely gorgeous.
Will be shipped sandwiched in cardboard in a sleeve and in a stiff mailer
The Black Eagle is a type of one-dollar silver certificate produced in 1899 in the United States. The note measured 7.38 in (187 mm) by 3.18 in (81 mm); it was of the large-size variety of bank-notes issued by the United States. The note featured a Bald eagle with its wings spread.
