Made by FUN - DAMENTAL TOOL LTD, this original plastic scoop is designed in a quirky ice cream truck shape, adding a playful touch to your kitchen tools and gadgets collection. I put in fresh batteries but the button only works after banging the ice cream truck against my hand a few times. It's crazy loud. It makes a Horn Beep Beep noise and then says Ice-Cream Here! And then plays an ice cream truck jingle. There is a 'H' in sharpie on the back of the truck as shown in the photos.
