The Santa Barbara Issy was released August 4,2001 and quickly retired December 31,2001. He was handed out at the hotel by TY Warner for 1 day only. There were 63 Issy bears released. Ty introduced and reproduced the other Issy bears
but Santa Barbara did not have a second production so is very hard to find.
She is in mint condition with a tag protector
