It took me exactly 40 seconds to set up.
All you need to do is plug it in and it blows up no problem.
There are 3 strings on the sides of its body but those are meant to hold it down if it gets windy.
Other than that, it stands on its own perfectly fine.
The helmet tends to stand upwards instead of down when it's pulled out of storage but you can easily just flip it down like in the picture above.
Once flattened, it can fold fairly easily, with the only solid part being the fan.
