I purchased this skirt at a store about two years ago and have worn it a few times.
It's a lovely skirt with an eye-catching design featuring a combination of polka dots and plain fabric.
I lost the original petticoat that came with it, so I'm including a different one from a store (unused).
It looks great with a simple top!
It's made in Japan and cost around 40,000 yen.
The fabric and stitching are beautiful.
