Front of the iPod where the screen is has very little to no scratches on the screen and very light wear around corners and edges
Back of the iPod silverside does have some scratches and some wear
The iPod has been factory, reset to brand new iPod and installed 448 songs
The iPod has no passcode no iCloud and also no parental controls clean reset iPod
HAs many different varieties of songs, English hip-hop, country and Spanish songs, Corridos and other Spanish music
Comes with aftermarket charger, not original may or may not work for transferring and syncing and uploading songs
Comes with protective hard case
May need original charger can easily be found online this charger is brand new mostly for charging
