(2) Vintage GERMAN GLAS/GLASS CLIP-ON BIRD Ornaments

These (2) pair of vintage hand-crafted glass ornaments were passed down from my grandmother. They are both peacock style birds, one ruby red and the other cobalt blue in color with coordinating long real feather plume tails. Some of the surface color has been worn off with age and reveals what looks like mercury glass. They have hand painted black eyes and hand applied gold glitter to their wings and beaks. They are affixed to brass springs with clips to perch upon your holiday tree branches. They are truly beautiful and very special. They have been stored for many years and need to be appreciated. Approx. Measurements: Glass body forms- 3.5”L x 2.25”H. Overall with tails- 7”L. In Very Good Age Appropriate Vintage Used Condition.
