This is a lovely vintage handmade light blue shirt for a young girl or possibly a toddler's dress. The piece was likely made in the 1930s or 1940s, and it is not in very good condition. There is a missing pearl shell button, many stains are on the front and back, and there are some loose threads. The collar and shoulder have white embroidered accents. Overall, the piece is still in rather good shape and looks to be well made.
