Vintage Northern Tissue Frances Hook American Beauties girl and infant prints. Prints are in original plastic frames. Both frames have cracks. Prints are in good vintage condition and can be reframed.
One print is brunette large brown-eyed girl with white mittens and cap in snow fall. Other print is blond infant girl with big blue eyes holding a small stuffed animal.
In 1958, Northern Bath Tissue introduced the American Beauties girls in its advertisements. The portraits were painted by the artist Frances Hook and first appeared on the associated packaging in 1959.
Prints measure 11 inches x 14 inches. Framed measurements are 12 inches x 15 inches.
