This is a discontinued cosplay from Uwowo so I can’t find the original size chart for the exact measurements. However, if you are a size small o medium I should fit. The top is stretchy and can be loosened and tighten with a string on the back for sizing. The skirt has an elastic waistband so it can stretch to fit. When the elastic on the skirt is fully stretched it measures 86cm & the skirt length is 37cm.

I don’t have the size chart but it fits me well and here are my measurements (cm):
Bust: 84
Waist: 71
Hip: 87

The tails are put on through a strong string that is tied to the waist. All the tails are attached to each other and are inlined with wire so their position can be adjusted (see last picture for example).
