It’s a 14x10 Second Liberty Loan Application Blank from Boy Scouts of America. It was never filled nor folded you can frame it. On the other side it’s an application for liberty loan which remains unfilled there is a little spot on the top I don’t know what it is maybe it was due to aging and paper is flaking from the sides a beautiful piece never the less which depicts history of war, finance and scouts.


Both the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America participated in the Liberty Loan drives by selling bonds. In the first and second bond drives, boy scouts sold bonds to friends and family, but by the third drive, President Wilson asked them to canvas the country and sell bonds door to door. Their mission was to find subscribers not typically reached during the Liberty Loan bond campaigns.
