Gosh! This is just a stunning 1970's
maxi skirt made by Chessa Davis which
at the time was only available at high end
department stores. Brown velvet, lace
and quilted paisley fabric swirl from the
waist to the floor on the A Line skirt.
There's a lacye trimmed white muslin
slip liner, too.
