For your consideration is this lovely basket weave handbag produced by Basketville or Putney, Vermont during the 1970s. This hand bag appears to be made from Oak. It is decorated with modge podged ephemera of the songs To Chloe and The Rover and flowers on the wooden lid. Additionally, it is embellished with green felted ribbon to which there are a few small tears. Otherwise, the piece is in excellent condition. The inside is lined with plaid printed cotton fabric. The purse measures 9.25 inches tall (13 inches with handle up) x 10.5 inches long x 6 inches wide.
