Of course this is used, there was no such thing as this being new since this was never on sale to the public, this was never wrapped or packaged, it was a promo CD given to execs...
This is basically the equivalent of the garage band demo that bands make to take to the labels to get them signed and famous. This right here is a piece of Nirvana history. Beware of fakes and how some online companies will just make you a new copy and burn you these actual files. This is a gem!
I paid around 60 or so for this back in the late 90’s in a seedy basement dirty music store in Illinois. A very rare find you might say....
