Bought NWT, but marking as GUC to be safe due to:
1) Purchasing as a material flaw (I believe this is the small little pinkish dye spot pointed at in closeup photo). Barely seen and cannot noticed in photos.
2) Small snag in chiffon pictured in photo. Might be two of them (can't find but I think I recalled seeing another), but it does not affect wear and cannot be noticed in photos.
3) Wore outdoors.
