This vintage agate pendant is high quality and in exceptional condition. Vivid natural colors in agate will have a higher value than colors that are less intense or artificially dyed. Blue and green hues are the least common. They will command somewhat higher prices than red and yellow colors.
The agate slice appears to have a nice translucency and displays appealing swirling patterns in shades of green and white. The surface of the agate looks smooth and polished, which enhances its overall appearance. This piece was my grandmothers and is from the 1920’s
