antique RARE hand painted creamer & sugar bowl marked with 6 pointed star of the Star China Company. Before the company was renamed Paragon in 1919, winning Royal Warrants and many awards for quality, Herbert Aynsley (son of famous potter John Aynsley) originally named his firm The Star China Company. All beautifully hand painted chrysanthemums. No damage as noted. Part of my own personal collection. Approx 5” tall.
