Lemax Spooky Town Collection Mausoleum number 66405BJ from 2006. Includes all the original accessories shown; Gruesome Grave Digger, Lighted Moon, Spooky Graveyard, Halloween Companions, Out for a Bite, Tombstones, Spooky Tree, and Maple Tree. Missing the top piece of styrofoam which doubled as a display platform (not a big deal at all). There are some flaws such as: missing 1 gargoyle at bottom of front steps, the crematory door doesn't always open and has to be opened by hand and the grave accessory no longer opens and closes. Originally came with a 3 way multi adapter but now has 3 separate adapters as shown. Includes original box with styrofoam packing.
