This was my daughter’s student flute that she played in middle school. We have since upgraded. The flute is in decent shape, but will need to have the pads replaced and needs a good cleaning. It has great sound, but again, needs pads replaced before you can play it with an ensemble.
The case is also in decent shape but as you can see from the photos, the velvet inside is fairly worn.
The cost of replacing pads will likely run around 100-150. These flutes new sell for about 479, so with a little elbow grease and some love from a flute tech at your local music store, this is a great flute for your budding musician.
