. 600+ pages of text, maps, photos and diagrams explaining the Civil War in all its aspects. A great book for browsing or as a resource. Pages towards the beginning are coming unglued, easy fix if you chose to, but nothing to detract from the information or presentation. It's heavy too! HEAVY!!!!
I used the first one in history classes as a kid and I ALWAYS got an A... tons of great information and great detailed pictures to go along with the information.
