Exquisite mantle clock by Ansonia. These Royal Bonn and contemporaneous Ansonia models are valuable and desired, likely due to the combination of aesthetic and function, with intricate and elaborate designs and mechanisms that hold up exceptionally well for being over a century old. A great mantle piece. Some wear, but the sheen and color of the porcelain looks new. A great mantle piece or collector's item for lovers of clocks and clock history. Research the Ansonia or Royal Bonn online or on ebay - they are some of the nicest old clocks around! Make me an offer!
I have about a dozen of these porcelain models which will be listed on my page. All have been restored to working order, but are very sensitive and need to be treated carefully. As is.
Some items are named, like Anchor , while others are numbered. Some of them even still show the Royal Bonn stamp, the assumed name of the famous artist who designed these. Enjoy!
