Vintage 14K Two Tone Solid Gold Natural Blue Sapphire Filagree Stick Pin

A gorgeous vintage find in excellent condition! This ladies stick pin is solid yellow gold with a rhodium plate finishing across all of the filagree giving it a beautiful two tone look. There is a natural round blue sapphire set in the center of the filagree. The sapphire has light/medium color with beautiful sparkle. It is set in a round bezel with four additional prongs to hold it securely. It is surrounded by a elongated hexagon shape detail with a sunflower shape filagree in the center. The filagree has a border with shiny high polish and textured detailing. This pin was very well cared for and all detailing is intact and in very good condition. The detail at the top measures just over 7/16 from top to bottom and just under 7/16 from side to side. The stick pin itself measures 2 and 5/8 from top to bottom. It comes with a protective stopper which covers the sharp point at the bottom of the pin. It is solid yellow gold (except for the stopper) and is stamped 14K at the top.Vintag
