I took this on as a project. It was such a great bag but in much need of TLC. Go to the last grouping of photos, save to your computer or phone and blow them up to see what it looked like. I did the best I could with it. The leather wasn't traditional and I had a hard time finding any color to stick to it without smears. I cleaned the interior as best as I could, there will be no transfering of spots etc. They just wouldn't come out.I put a coating on the paint to ensure it doesn't chip which resulted in tell tale signs of it being painted and shiney. One pocket inside doesn't zip, zip it broke.
If you want a bag you don't care about cramming in the seat in front of you or don't care how a luggage handle tosses your luggage, this is for you. It is still stylish & functional with the Brooks Brothers status. (So everyone knows it wasn't cheap) This may be for you. In it's day it retailed over 500.
