The battery is totally dead. It has to be plugged in to be used. It shows it is charging but it does not. there is a drop of liquid I believe under the screen. You can only see it when then backlight is off! When the screen is illuminated you can’t see it.
Use in a dock or usb connected to a stereo car, or computer. You can also easily replace the battery.
