This is a really nice 14k yellow gold Vincenza Italy flower brooch with stones. Signed with a star hallmark and 1297 V1 which is the Vincenza mark. It has also been acid tested. I am not sure what the stones are. It measures 1 3/4" long and weighs 5.09 grams. Great piece. Listed 7/9/24
