Pages have no tears, no dog-ears and no writing!
The book and spine are in very solid condition and the cover has no damage at the corners.
There is a partial marked out address label inside the front cover. The dust cover has some tears and wear along the edges but has done a good job of protecting the books hardcover. The pages have considerable age discoloration.
Overall, this book is in decent condition considering it is nearly 75 years old!
