This is an amazingly adorable 70s mid century hand painted Wide eye kitsch painting on solid teak board with mounts. Dimensions: 18x6 inches.
The painting is in the wide eye style famous in the mid century era. Depiction of a Grenadier Guard.
This is a fantastic and very attractive example signed by the artist Jacobs' the painting has shown some signs of wear and slight flaking however this is expected with age and use. There is a blotch of white paint created by the painter on the bearkskins hat. This painting is easily hung via the top mount bracket. Perfect for the modern home or the vintage and retro space.
