This tea set was purchased from a boutique in Walt Disney World Orlando, Florida in the early 1980s. It was displayed in a china cabinet until my girlfriend moved from the east coast to the west coast. It was packaged and mailed, but during shipping the teapot got a crack in it. (See photo) It A good ceramic or porcelain glue could easily repair it. It doesn't change the display-ability of the set, though. Price is reflective of the crack on the teapot as well as the slightly used look of the rest of the set.
