Vintage 1996 Polly Pocket Li'l Pet Carts by Bluebird Toys. Made by Mattel. Part of the Pollyville Doll Playsets line. New old stock. Item number 11953-11196. In very good condition. The card has some shelf wear and the plastic has a bit of adhesive residue at the bottom that could be removed if you chose to. The plastic is dented in a bit as well but it still displays nicely.
