In relatively decent shape considering its age.
Has wear on edges and on cover. There’s some slight yellowing to pages but it’s been stored properly since it was received. It’s been in my family and we’re ready to pass it on to someone who can love it.
The front cover binding has been cracked but can be repaired without damaging the rest of the book. Has inside inscription.
It’s rare and hard to find. It has a cloth cover and thick pages. Some pages have illustrations.
No smoking. Dog friendly. Previous house was cat friendly. Animals not around this item.
