“Forsaking All Others” is a hit 1934 MGM romantic comedy-drama written by Joseph L. Mankiewicz & starred Clark Gable, Joan Crawford, Robert Montgomery, Billie Burke & Rosalind Russell. Mankiewicz evidently understood the secret of Crawford's appeal: working-class women identified with her. The film is the sixth of nine cinematic collaborations between Crawford and Gable.
These two vintage “Forsaking All Others” movie still photo (8” x 10”) are in fine to very fine condition. Since these are original, 90 year old vintage still photos, they are bound to have some slight imperfections, particularly around the edges as routinely found in vintage photographs such as pinholes, creases folds, smudges & marks. The images of two of MGM’s biggest stars, Clark Gable and Joan Crawford, are really great. There is also a very good image of screen star Robert Montgomery, too. The photos display stylish, sophisticated images of some of the top movie stars during Hollywood’s Golden Age.
