This fits a Toyota tundra and Sequoia 00-06 tundra and 00-07 Sequoia please double check years fitment before buying. All mounting tabs are intact not cracks or breaks in the plastic at all. This is a bare bezal no gauges, controls, included what's in the pictures is all you will get. I give this trim a 6.5 out of 10 it's nice but not perfect
