Great print! 80s era vintage peplum dress with pencil skirt, vent at back. Wide neckline with deep V at back. Black woven cloth belt. Fabric is 65% Silk 35% Polyester, feels like silk. Pulls on. All labels are in Italian but there is no label saying where it is made, we can assume Italy, size is European as well
