8.5x11 Tenant House in Autumn by Ave Hand Signed Original Print COA stamp

My first farm after leaving the big city~
My son fishing at the pond after doing his homework.
We used to like to walk thru the old abandoned tenant house on the hill and also up to the top of the hill to watch the sunset. It was an old farm, had an old apple orchard, unattended for years that drew many deer and other wildlife to the area as we bordered state lands. We actually harvested a truck load of apples that year and brought them to a cider mill and had them turned into cider which we enjoyed and also sold some.
I dont remember my son ever catching any fish in that old pond but he sure liked trying!
I digitally remastered the original painting and now can make indidualized printings, each one slightly different and original. I then stamp and sign them with my COA and am offering them for sale on a limited one by one basis.
