These plates are Bawo & Dotter by Limoge. 6" diameter. Beautiful and heavily gilded in gold, the hand painting, outlines in gold are stunning on any table with beaded raised pattern pale green and yellow floral pattern. These plates are somewhere between 1900-1914. These are antique and not many left around, if so, you may find one. I found a single plate on another site, artist appears to be "Leolah"
