Stunning Large Vintage Chinese Gold Vermeil (24 kt gold wash over solid sterling silver) filigree fan brooch. Covered with enamel butterflies and enhanced by five well-matched genuine Chinese Turquoise cabochons and 3 Turquoise stones dangle from the bottom. Marked "Silver." The brooch has a C clasp with a safety latch that works perfectly. Size: 2 6/8" wide x 3" long. In fine condition with no loss of gold gilt. These beautiful hand made pieces are no longer being produced so they are highly collectible and showcase the high level of skill that was needed to make this jewelry. *There is a small bit of enamel chipped off on butterfly as shown in photo, very unnoticeable. This pieces in amazing!
