The APC APDU10350SM is a switched, metered-outlet power distribution unit built for racks that host critical servers, storage, and network gear. It delivers up to 22.1 kW on a 400 V, 32 A circuit or 17.3 kW on a 415 V, 30 A circuit, giving data center managers the headroom they need for modern, power-hungry equipment.

Designed to mount vertically in the zero-U space of a standard NetShelter or compatible rack, the unit provides 48 outlets while occupying only 2.2 inches of width. Each outlet can accept C13, C15, C19, or C21 plugs, so you can connect mixed hardware without extra adapters. Outlets are arranged so that the three input phases alternate down the length of the PDU, which helps keep power cords tidy and loads naturally balanced.

Remote management is built in. You can turn any outlet on or off from the web interface, SNMP, or popular DCIM platforms, making it easy to reboot locked-up servers or apply scheduled power cycling without a site visit. Real-time metering at both the outlet and the entire unit reports current, voltage, power, and energy with one percent accuracy, supporting capacity planning and accurate charge-back billing.

Dual Ethernet ports let you daisy-chain several PDUs or create a redundant network path. If the rack loses mains power, the power-sharing design keeps the network-management card alive long enough for graceful shutdown commands or status updates. A removable management card can be replaced while the PDU remains energized, minimizing downtime during upgrades.

For environments that run warm, the PDU is rated for continuous full-load operation up to 140 °F. Two sensor ports accept optional temperature or humidity probes so you can monitor environmental conditions in real time. Global certifications streamline deployment across multiple regions, which is particularly useful for colocation providers and enterprises with geographically distributed sites.
