I believe this is a reproduction because the tools are Heyco Brand and some are marked Chrom-Vanadium which based on my research was not used by BMW for tools until the 1970's.
BMW Roll bag tool kit for vintage BMW R24-R69S 1948-1969 motorcycles. Newer Reproductions of this kit cost $250+
This kit has been used and has some holes in the canvas bag but is intact and the leather strap is in good condition (see photos of closeups or ask for more). Some of the tools in this kit are $50+ each to buy separately.
