This is Japanese brand Alice and the Pirates, Antique Doll Shirt Dress op (overdress). It's a beautiful natural green color that is rare in lolita fashion! But still easy to coord with the cream colored details. It unbuttons all the way to the bottom and has a detachable frill collar. The pattern is light green eyelet flowers.
There is no lining so you will need an underskirt or underdress.
Great condition, no stains, imperfections or discolorations.
Purchased second hand and wore once for photos at home.
