The 25 LTD is a well known rig. It offers good performance and reliability.
This CB has seperate controls for squelching and volume, which is nice. Newer ones combine these, degrading the usability a tiny amount..
It has been my experience the rigs with mic connector on the left are of the better construction and are a bit better radios.
I am unable to test one of these properly, however it does receive others talking and does transmit. Appears fine to me, but it will be sold AS IS, just to be safe and clear all around.
CB comes with OEM Mic and car lighter connection, and if your car has an antenna, this radio is ready to go!
